I am a distinguished professor at Shenzhen University (China), and a national talent in China. I have published over 400 research papers related to data mining algorithms for complex data (sequences, graphs) and applications, which received more than 15,000 citations (H-Index 63). I founded the SPMF data mining library, which is cited in more than 1,000 research papers. I was keynote speaker for over 50 conferences. I received the most influential paper award at PAKDD 2024. I appear in the top 2% of researchers for scientific influence in the Stanford list, and I am a Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher.
