Dr. MARK JUNJIE LI is an Associate Professor in the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, China. He obtained his B.Sc. degree at Jinan University in 2002 and MSc. Degree in 2004 at the University of Hong Kong, and a Ph.D. degree in 2008 at Hong Kong Baptist University. 

Dr. LI worked for Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences between 2010 to 2013, and worked for HSBC PRC development Center between 2002 to 2004. 

Dr. LI conducted over ten big data or AI projects, total funding is around 8 million RMB, from the government and industry in the past seven years. These projects cover the basic theoretical research and apply research with different sectors, including advanced manufacturing, smart grid, quantitative algorithms trading, legal AI, Big data audit, and AI for custom.

Dr. LI's current research interests are in Machine Learning, big data and artificial intelligence, particularly the topics on Clustering Analysis, text mining, deep metric learning, dynamic graph mining.
